Reviewed the designs and advised on issues affecting egress/ingress into and out of the development; Advised on optimal movement of people and vehicles so as to mitigate congestion in the development and its vicinity; Investigated wayleaves/ ROW that would optimize movement in/out of the development; Undertook TIA study; Submitted the TIA report to relevant bodies and facilitated the approval of the same.
Study to accommodate the proposed construction of a state-of-the-art Teaching, Research and Referral Hospital, a Children’s Hospital and the construction of a mega anchor store (UNI-CITY) that will house among many others a hyper market, retail shops, banks & ATM lobbies, hotel, convention centre, a recreation park and a petrol station.

Participated in nationwide collection of views of the public with regard to benefits, dis-benefits, road work types, impacts and challenges amongst other issues facing the road sectors. Also, involved in data analysis and preparation of the MCA Report.
